How do I delete my data?

In PoseBunny, open Help & support → Delete my data. Or email us the Install ID shown on that screen and we will delete it within 30 days.

How do I report an image?

Tap Report image under any result. The image is hidden on your device right away, and a person on our team reviews the report.

How do refunds work?

All purchases go through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can my child use PoseBunny?

PoseBunny is for ages 13 and up. Minors need a parent or guardian's agreement. With Apple Family Sharing and Ask to Buy turned on, a parent approves each purchase.

When is PoseBunny coming out?

It is in development. We will announce testing and launch dates on this site.
